| TARGET GROUP | Employees outside the Finance Department who have the power to make decisions, which impact the company's P/(L) or Cash Flow. For example: front line Salesmen or Sales managers who can give discounts, allowances or payment terms; Marketing Managers, who develop Promotions and need to understand the financial consequences. |
