PROGRAM OBJECTIVE Create an understanding for selected financial terms. Raise awareness of the impact of certain activities and decisions of employees outside the Finance Department on the financial performance of the operation
TARGET GROUP Employees outside the Finance Department who have the power to make decisions, which impact the company's P/(L) or Cash Flow. For example: front line Salesmen or Sales managers who can give discounts, allowances or payment terms; Marketing Managers, who develop Promotions and need to understand the financial consequences.
