Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the following standard payment terms apply:

• Prepayment: 5% discount
• Payment within 28 bank days after the invoice date (first 28 days): payment as invoiced
• Delayed payment:
  • Second 28 bank days - surcharge of 5 % of the total amount due will apply
  • Third 28 bank days - surcharge of 10 % of the total amount due will apply.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations should be made in writing by post, fax or e-mail no later than 14 days prior to the workshop commencement date. Cancellations that are received less than 14 days before the training starts will be charged at 50% of the amount due.

Weekend Workshops

Should a customer wish to run a workshop on a weekend or public holiday, a weekend surcharge of  € 580 per effected workshop day will apply.

Prices

All prices and fees exclude legally required taxes and are valid until further notice as of January 1, 2008.
